Refund policy

General 

For used items in general, items are sold as is; we inspect the toys and describe them to the best our knowledge; some are listed with known defects (ex: missing door on big bus) and are priced accordingly; if you feel we've made an error and the description is not matching, we will fix the issue, you can always contact us at info@rekidding.ca. At the end of the day, we want to make sure you and your kids are happy with the toy. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
