Shipping policy

All of our toys have been loved by kids who are passing them along to other kids; we make sure the toys work well, clean and prepare them.

Pricing: what you see is what you pay: All prices include the sales tax (shown on checkout); you can pick your item for free or pay a fixed delivery service fee: 

1- (free) Pickup at one of our location in Griffintown (main: 525 Lucien-L'Allier H3C 4L3): we will send you an email when your order is ready, usually within 48 hours and the pickup hours are: Monday to Saturday 10-1pm; we offer you a pick-up day, if not convenient, please contact us. 

2- (10$ fee, includes taxes): Delivery within 20 KM of our main location which should cover most of the Montreal Island and parts of south shore and Laval; We will send you an email when your order is ready, usually within 48 hours, and tell you the day it will be delivered (we offer a window of 3 hours, if you are not there, we will leave the bag at your entrance); delivery usually within 5 days.
